Individual app accounts are personal to you. School licenses are granted to the purchasing institution for its enrolled students and faculty during the license term. Sharing account credentials outside your license is not permitted and may result in suspension.

Our apps and resources support learning, but they are not a substitute for professional judgment, formal instruction, clinical supervision, or your program's official curriculum. Content may be updated; always confirm critical clinical facts against current, authoritative sources and your institution's policies.

5. Purchases & Billing

School and individual license pricing is stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, licenses renew per the terms confirmed at checkout. Contact us with any billing questions and we will work to resolve them quickly and fairly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and software in Eliora apps and on this website are the property of Eliora LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Feedback you send us may be used to improve our services without obligation.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that content will be error-free, though we work hard to keep both in excellent shape.
